Hey friends! I’m excited to share that I’ll be appearing at LegendHaven, the friendliest fiction convention in the world for authors and story lovers!!! You should come! It's an all-day weekend in October, Sat 18- Sun 19.

LegendHaven is packed with meetups, live chats, contests, and found fellowship. If you love books, storytelling, and hanging out with the creators behind your favorite characters, you've got to join me there. We will have so much fun!

You’ll find panels, dramatic readings, AMAs, exclusive content, fan rewards, raffles, story previews, and author hangouts.

It's all online, and yes, you don't even need your camera. You can GIF-reply or chat all day, in gleeful anonymity. 😊

Mary Rose Kreger crafts fantasy books for teens and teaches her children how to fence with (foam!) swords. Avalon Lost, Mary's debut YA fantasy novel, was a top new release on Amazon in February 2024, for the teen/YA parental issues category.
The Green Blade, the thrilling sequel to Avalon Lost, will be released in early December 2025. Mary is a LegendFiction mentor and also writes about her spiritual journey at maryrosekreger.com.

⚔️What’s The Green Blade?

THE GREEN BLADE is the sequel to Avalon Lost, my debut YA fantasy novel. It tells the story of Princess Philia Pendragon and her loyal watchman, Will Owain, as they journey across the Isle of Avalon, seeking a cure for Philia’s evil curse. I revealed the book’s cover art, designed by Benita Thompson, this July:
